Once the work has been completed you will receive paperwork that outlines our 10 year guarantee, this will give you peace of mind that for that period any persistence of damp in treated areas will be rectified for free at the earliest opportunity.

In order to fully rectify a problem in your home, we must exhaust every avenue to prevent a recurrent problem. This involves extensive work and must be done to the highest standard to ensure the work is completed once and correctly by our trained professionals. The old saying, 'You get what you pay for', has never been truer for this type of remedial work, done incorrectly can cost you more in damage to your home and obstructing the buying/selling process. Having said that we promise to beat any quote produced by PCA members.

Once the work to the affected areas has been treated by ourselves, we will discount the survey fee from the works invoice.
